The training meeting for improving the management ability of cadres of the new SITC system was successfully held

On July 22, the system held a cadre management ability improvement training meeting, aiming to improve the comprehensive quality of the company's cadres and employees, improve the business level and management ability, further strengthen the standardization and institutionalization of the system, and create a management team with high quality, strong ability and professional excellence through a series of learning. More than 40 people from management companies, Weihai companies, and WE companies attended the meeting through on-site and online video.


At the training meeting, Chairman Wang Mingtao attended the meeting and served as the keynote speaker of the training, and the representatives of each company shared the application of SWOT analysis method, PDCA cycle rule, SMART principle, task decomposition method (WBS), management 4R rule and other management tools in practical work with specific work examples, and at the end of the meeting, Chairman Wang Mingtao made a concluding speech.


Mr. Wang pointed out that if a worker wants to do a good job, he must first sharpen his tools. All employees of any tool should apply what they have learned, use it carefully, seriously and continuously, and pay attention to the time, efficiency, significance and results of the completion of the work. Always remember that "there is nothing more important than growing yourself", and learn, work, feel, and experience while doing in various work.              


Mr. Wang said that half of the management work is inspection, and if there is no problem in the inspection, it is a problem in itself. All cadres must unify their understanding and use management thinking to guide and enrich the thinking of our management cadres. Take inspection as the starting point to carry out management work, find problems, and clarify problems; Be problem-oriented, find solutions, find corrective actions, nip problems in the bud, and ensure that similar problems do not occur again. At the same time, improve their own professionalism and sense of responsibility, continuously improve their management level and business capabilities, raise the upper limit of the team and ensure the lower limit of the team, promote the development of the team and go all out to promote the high-quality development of the company.


Through this training, everyone deeply felt the sense of responsibility, clarified their thinking, found the gap, and strengthened their motivation. It is believed that in the future work, SIFENG people will be able to transform the training content into practical action, continuously improve the management level and performance ability, strengthen responsibility, and strive to expand the new situation of high-quality development of the new SITC system with more passion, higher morale and more pragmatic style.
